Methodology & Editorial Policy
Updated: Jan 2026. This page explains what we do (and don’t) claim on FitLineReviews.com.
Publishing principles
- Answer-first: we start with a neutral summary, then give context.
- No medical promises: we don’t claim cures, guaranteed outcomes, or “clinically proven” effects unless a claim is verifiable on the label/manufacturer materials (and even then, we phrase cautiously).
- Label-first facts: for ingredients, allergens, caffeine, and directions we default to “check the latest label” because formulas can change by market and year.
Data sources
We use only sources we can reasonably verify:
- On-pack labels / product sheets (when available).
- Manufacturer or distributor pages (for the specific market/version).
- Public user comments and forum posts for sentiment themes (treated as unverified anecdotes, not evidence).
What we cannot confirm
- That any specific result will happen for you (individual response varies).
- Exact ingredient lists or dosages for every version/country (check the latest label).
- Whether user anecdotes are true (we summarize them only as “unverified experiences”).
Affiliate disclosure
Some “Where to buy” links are affiliate links. If you buy, we may earn a commission. This does not affect what we publish, which products we cover, or how we phrase safety notes.
Product images on this site are simple illustrations to help scanning; packaging can change. Always verify details on the official product page and current label.
Ethics policy
- We avoid fear-based marketing and competitor bashing.
- We don’t publish fake testimonials with names or star ratings.
- We encourage professional advice for allergies, pregnancy/nursing, chronic conditions, and medications.
Corrections policy
If you spot a factual error (e.g., wrong label detail), share evidence (photo of the label or official manufacturer page). We’ll review and update the page with an “Updated” note.
